Technology A+ or F????
Dated: July 14 2022
Since the pandemic the world turned to technology to assist with day to day task in 2020. Many large corporations and small business became more profitable and worker production increased when they were able to work from home. Well technology has become a more widely used even in the real estate world. Showings can be done virtually now, documents can be signed virtually and more. In person contact has become more optional than mandatory in 2022.
Therefore, As a buyer, Are you okay with viewing your potential home virtually? or Do you still prefer the in person feel of viewing a home? or Does it even matter to you which method is used?
How does sellers feel about buyers only viewing their home virtually and not receiving the traditional foot traffic? Will this full virtually feature add an additional cost to the seller to list their home?
These are fair questions because the world is pushing forward with more and more ways of enhancing and utilizing technology to do business. However, as a business person we must think of our clients/customers. We don't want to push them into a uncomfortable situation because it makes us more comfortable. We know technology is here to stay and by the minute advancements are being made in how the world runs using technology. But we can make the transition a little slower as long as possible to cater to the clients/customers where applicable.
